I have been mortgage banker and broker for the last 22 years in the Greater Seattle area. Beside being a licensed Mortgage Lender, I  am proud of the CMPS designation, Certified Mortgage Planner Specialist,  that separates me from many in my filed. I have studied and continue to study many facets of personal finance and have learned the importance of education in assisting my many cleints. Duirng these two decades plus, I have originated several thousand loans as well as trained and administered other Loan Officers in Mortgage Qualification.  

While I am both a Founding Partner of Cobalt Mortgage and the Manager of our Port Townsend Branch, I believe the focus shoiuld be on my clients' goals and future plans. As a former educator I pride myself on ensuring that my clients are both knowledgeable of mortgage products and confident in the process of successful homebuying. For many years I have taught homebuying classes for first time buyers as well as for investors.   I myself have first hand investment real esate knowledge that I readily share.

Perhaps the most telling thing about my career is the number of clients who have entrusted me with their personal mortgage financing again and again.
