About Me
Raised in the Phoenix area, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Todd started in the mortgage industry in 2001, and has originated over $350 million in home loans. In 2009, Todd was named one of the top 200 loan originators in the country, and one of the top 10 in Arizona by the Scotsman Guide. He operated a net branch of a Denver-based correspondent lender in Arizona for five years before joining Cobalt Mortgage in 2010, where he manages Cobalt’s Arizona branches with his wife Tara. Todd also hosts "Real Talk Arizona", a weekly radio show in Phoenix, which airs Saturdays from 2-3 pm on 960AM KKNT.
As a certified mortgage planner, Todd is dedicated to putting the interests of his clients at the forefront of every transaction. This commitment has earned him a loyal base of clients as well as a strong foundation of referral business within the real estate and financial services communities.
Todd lives in Phoenix with his wife and three daughters. Spending time with them is definitely his top priority and favorite pastime.
